Celebrating Jewish traditions is central to an Alice and Nahum Lainer School ECC education. Your child will discover the meaning of our culture through sensory experiences that reinforce the joy of Judaism and cultivate pride and excitement. From spirited prayer to Israeli dancing, from mini minyans to Havdalah gatherings, and from the beautiful weekly Shabbat experience to immersive holiday and Israel curriculum, preschoolers learn to define who they are and who they will become. Plus, our Judaic curriculum is fully integrated with other learning, so preschoolers learn science, math, literacy, and cooperation skills through Jewish content (Seamless Judaism). Group play and community service projects reinforce the concept of helping others and build an early love for tikkun olam (repair of the world) and g’milut chasidim (acts of loving kindness).
