Financial Aid Manager
Elizabeth Hoffman is the Human Resources (HR) and Financial Aid (FA) Manager at Lainer School. As FA Manager, she assesses the tuition assistance needs of families, and advises parents on financial aid options, processes, and requirements. In her HR capacity, Elizabeth oversees the administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources plans and procedures that relate to School personnel.
Elizabeth has worked with Lainer School and Sinai Temple collectively for four years. Before joining the School team, Elizabeth was the Director of Human Resources for a Los Angeles-based drug and alcohol recovery center, and, before that, as an HR Consultant specializing in disability compliance for school districts and cities in California.
Elizabeth holds a master’s degree in business administration from California Lutheran University.
